OCAI is an architecture studio in Mallorca that helps clients with property transactions by providing detailed information on both construction and urban planning. They conduct real estate studies using registry data, cadastral info, urban plans, and construction analysis, giving clients a full understanding of the property's current state and future potential.

I developed OCAI's entire visual identity, including the website, report templates, and social media style. The brand’s blue color was inspired by traditional architectural blueprints, known for their blue background and white lines, symbolizing precision and clarity, values that align with OCAI's mission.
